I am fat. I am also a bit upset that my life has evolved to this point without me gaining control over my weight. Once again, I am ready to give this another shot.
I think, cry, and laugh more every day and hope that someday, my own journey will be an inspiration to other women that want the same for themselves.
This blog will be a chronicle of my ups and downs (hopefully more ups than downs) and I would be glad to share my journey with you.
