		<description>Yes, I am up to the 4th chapter and it's really good!!!    I can't figure out for the life of me WHY they would want the "Lose up to 2 inches..." subtitle here in AU because the "Waist Management" subtitle is so much more of what it is about.  It's really all about the fat that you carry around your waist and managing that to lower your risk of health problems.  Plus a natural way of controlling your hunger and losing weight by managing the chemical reactions in your body.  More about that in an upcoming post...</description>

		<description>Have you read any more of this book?  I'm curious...
I'm pretty much always suspect of anything that says "lose (insert lg. # here) lbs/inches in just days!".  Probably because I ruined myself for any "fasting" type of diet (by not eating, duh) and am consistently jealous of anyone who can do something like that.

Anyhow, i'm still curious, as you yourself are not really into the ultra low calorie diets.
